Gite Rental / Catered Holidays

La Maison du Bourg is a large stone built farmhouse which has been tastefully and sympathetically renovated, maintaining many original features:  flagged floor in kitchen, exposed stone and beams throughout, using local materials where possible.  La Maison du Bourg is our permanent home and is furnished as such, making it a little more comfortable and homely than the average gite.  The stone walls are extremely thick making the house cool in summer and warm in winter.

Catered Breaks/B&B

Catered Breaks/Holidays (minimum of 4 people)

Take a Fully Catered break in the Limousin, a beautiful part of France. We can organise activities or you can “do your own thing”. We can cater for specialist activity groups, we can organise activities or maybe you would just like us to arrange a particular excursion.  Whatever the activity: cycling, walking, painting, horseriding, birdwatching, spend some time with family or friends or if you just want to escape for a while, we can provide a welcoming and relaxing place to stay in the Limousin, an interesting, and mostly undiscovered, region of France.

Dinner is served in typical ‘table d’hôte’ style – there is a single menu and the meal is served to guests and hosts seated around a large table. Vegetarian and coeliac meals can be prepared on request.
All meals are cooked using either home grown or local produce where possible.
