I am sorry to inform you that the Andrew Jenkins workshop will not now be held on Saturday 24^th February.  We hope that this is just a postponement and he will be able to schedule another workshop shortly.

Stoneleigh Village Hall  
Andrew Jenkins is a Worcestershire based artist who provides demonstrations and workshops in pastels and digital art (pad pro and apple pencil).  He enjoys ‘rescuing’ items and turning them into finished art works. In this workshop Andrew will explore pastel techniques, creating textures and learning ways to portray skies and trees.  We'll work together as a group to develop a painting that encompasses these ideas.
Content: Types of pastel, Types of paper, Painting on other surfaces, Fixing, Pastel shapes, shadow and contrast. Explosion of colour, Building up a pastel landscape, Skies, mountains, trees, rocks and water, Reflections and depth, Atmosphere.
