Extraordinary Meeting

As the AGM has had to be postponed until 4^th May and our current Chairman is hospitalised, we need to elect a new Chair immediately. To this end the committee would like to call an Extraordinary Meeting. This will be held on Thursday 28^th March at 10.30 am. Anyone who wishes to attend must contact Tina direct before 26^th March so that we can arrange a suitable venue.

The full AGM will go ahead as planned on 4^th May (together with your free afternoon tea!). This Extraordinary Meeting is purely to elect a new Chair due to these unfortunate circumstances.
