Kathryn Bell is an artist and photographer with a love of animals, wild places and fantasy. She sold the first painting she exhibited and has gained several art and photography awards. Since she was pushed into taking her first commission to paint a pet rabbit she has enjoyed more commissions of pets and people and takes pleasure in shaping form with paints and making customers so happy they cry.
Kathryn mostly paints in water soluble oils but also dabbles in other media such as inks. Her weird brain leads some to odd art ideas such as the “The Builder’s Rose” and “Leafy Horse”. She lives in Keresley on the edge of the greenbelt with a dog, a cat and a husband.
