15th October. 2pm AFTERNOON TEA - FOR MEMBERS TO MEET UP AND CHAT at the ALMANACK, Kenilworth.  
Printed submission forms for the CASE exhibition will be available for members to collect.  
Also you can hand your form in (and save a stamp) if you are that organised!!

22nd NOVEMBER - WORKSHOP - STONELEIGH VILLAGE HALL 10 - 4pm

13th DECEMBER - SILK WORKSHOP - FILLONGLEY STUDIO
10.30am - 3pm. (Small group, maximum of 5 artists).
Opportunity to silk paint to your own designs 3 cards, or an A4 sized painting. 
£12 per member to include all materials and refreshments. Non Members £25.

31st January 2026 - STONELEIGH VILLAGE HALL 10 - 4pm
DJ - OIL PAINTING. 
This is a very popular workshop with some excellent tuition.

CASE EXHIBITION - HERBERT ART GALLERY 20th February - 19th April 2026. 
CWSA members can submit up to 5 paintings (maximum size 1.5 metres) and 5 sculptures/ 3D work. 
Submission form available as PDF and WORD Doc. 
10th January - cut off date for submissions. 
7th February - Selection Day. Volunteers required to help.
8th & 9th August 2026.
BURTON GREEN ART IN THE HALL EXHIBITION
FOR YOUR INTEREST - OTHER EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES 
ART IN THE PARK, Jephson Gardens. Is usually 1st weekend in August.
Cost: £400 for 3m x 3m gazebo (tent). Larger sizes available but cost more.
HERBERT ART GALLERY, are renting out two small galleries to individual artists.

Thank you to Uthaya for doing such a brilliant job previously as treasurer. 
She is continuing on the committee, helping to organise workshops and exhibitions.

Exhibition Feedback. 
    BURTON GREEN 
ART IN THE HALL EXHIBITION. Weekend 9th - 10th August 2025. 
We had fewer visitors due to HS2 closing the bridge at Cromwell Lane.
However, we sold a total of £2,256 works and raised for charity (Debra and Acorn) £336 from sales of tea and cakes, plus £132 from the Tombola.
All the artists enjoyed the weekend. It's a lovely hall, and we have provisionally booked it again for 8th - 9th August 2026. 
 
GLASS HOUSE EXHIBITION 1st - 3rd August
Feedback: Sales £1,950
We hope to book the Glass House Studio Room again for 3 weekends in 2026.
Some of our members also run excellent workshops and you can contact them for more information.

Norfolk - there are a variety of holiday workshops
Membership to CWSA is free for students aged 16-21, so if you      know any young artists, do encourage them to join and take part.
