I started painting aged 60, following a full career in the NHS, having initially joined my local u3a Painting and Art Group. I am now also a member of the Warwickshire Watercolourists, and Solihull-based Drawbridge life drawing group, as well as being an RBSA Friend. 

I am happy to undertake painting commissions, and have successfully completed a number of portraits (including in imaginary settings), as well as those on the theme of sports.

I paint in a range of media, including: acrylics on canvas, and watercolour, as well as occasionally using oil paints - depending on the subject.

As well as art, my other interests include: archaeology, bird photography and folk dancing.
